Graduated in Economics, before joining DHL held for 5 years the position of Head of Strategy, Planning and Investor Relations in G. Marconi Airport in Bologna S.p.A., a company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange. Since 2009, I’ve been Managing Director and Director of Fast Freight Marconi, a subsidiary company of Bologna Airport (cargo handling).

I strongly believe that results come from collaboration: individual contribution in an inter-functional work group are a key success factors for the evolution of the company. Strategic thinking and a clear vision of the future direction to take for the business are the keys together with a deep knowledge of the context and a mastering action plan approach.
